Power Special Flour

Milled from the same wheat blend as Power, Power Special is designed for bakers using a bread, bagel or dough conditioning base. While the oxidation in these bases provides all the necessary strength, Power Special produces a flatter baked product and a tighter crumb structure.

Power Special is unbleached and packed in 50 lb bags.
